Shipping Rates 

West Malaysia

  • Free Delivery on orders over RM180.
  • For orders less than RM180, flat rate of RM10 will be charged

    East Malaysia & Singapore

    • Free Delivery on orders over RM280.
    • For orders less than RM280, flat rate of RM25 will be charged.

    For the rest of the world, shipping rates are calculated at checkout, depending on the parcel weight and size.

    For countries not covered in the checkout section, please contact us and we will give you an accurate shipping quote. 

    *Bear in mind that we are only allowed to ship Grimm's and Grapat toys to Malaysian addresses only.

      At Bueno Blocks, we are committed to have your order packed, processed and dispatched to courier services on Mondays & Fridays of the week; unless it falls on public holidays where the courier services do not operate, it will be fulfilled on the next working day.

      We are introducing cut-off time for order fulfillment:

      • Orders placed before 11.59pm of Saturday will be shipped on Monday
      • Orders placed before 11.59pm of Wednesday will be shipped on Friday

      When your parcel is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons i.e. Christmas or major restocks.

      Typical delivery times after dispatch:

      • West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days
      • East Malaysia: 3 to 10 working days

      If you have placed an order that has yet to be fulfilled and you wish to add another order, please use the code 'COMBINE' and upon checkout, indicate in the notes section the order numbers to be combined with. This will also help you to save on shipping fees.

      If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

      Pre-order

      Please note, orders containing a pre-order item will not ship until all items on the order are available. If you would like to receive items that are not preorder prior to the date when the pre-order item is available, we suggest placing two separate orders.

      Customs Duties & Taxes

      The receiver of the parcel is responsible for any duties, taxes, and import charges that may incur. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned to the sender, we are not able to refund the paid shipping fees. If the order was part of the free shipping program and the parcel is being returned to the sender, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
