Refunds & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 14 days “Conditional” refund policy.
Prior to opening your item, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a full refund for the toy, or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If you are requesting a refund but it has been assembled, removed from its original packaging, or the packaging is ripped or damaged, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund.
If you are requesting an exchange of toys but it has been assembled, removed from its original packaging, or the packaging is ripped or damaged, we are not able to accommodate to that. Instead, we can only offer a partial refund.
If you are returning any item, you will bear the shipping cost and we will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen parcels. We highly recommend that you ensure that the parcel is packed appropriately and returned to us via a trackable shipping method.
Note: If the item is part of an order that qualified for free delivery (orders over RM300) and your return brings the initial order to less than RM300, then a delivery charge (RM10 for West Malaysia; RM25 for East Malaysia) will be deducted from your refunded amount. If you return the complete order for a refund, the actual cost of the delivery to send the parcel to you will be deducted from your refund.
Before returning any item, please contact us so we can advise the return address return instructions.
Sale and clearance items are excluded from the 14-day returns policy and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, you can email us at care@buenoblocks.com within 14 days of the date of your purchase, and if you have met the conditions of our Conditional Refund Policy, we will give you your money back.
If your item arrives in a damaged/faulty condition, please contact us within 14 days from your purchase date, and we will either send you a replacement or a refund, depending on the severity of damage/fault and availability of stock.
If you believe that a law in your geographic area entitles you to a refund outside of what is permitted by this policy, please contact us at care@buenoblocks.com. We will verify our legal obligations, and if required, we will provide you with a refund.
