Play & Connect 4-Week Challenge

Anchored in a simple and concise framework, designed to help you play and connect with your little one WITHOUT the overwhelm.

What You'll Get

1. Pre-challenge: Setting Intentions with a Guiding Star

​​We’ll start off by setting clear intentions of what you want to achieve through this challenge and how you are going to show up to make it happen. We’ll walk through our core principles where the challenge is built upon as our guiding star.

2. A Weekly One (1) hour Challenge (total of 4)

Every week, you will receive a fun 15-minute video inviting you to partake on an adventure.

Each underpinned by a key theme (e.g. Outdoor Adventures and Play at Home) with a challenge that has been intentionally designed to help your little ones learn, invite you to better understand them and their unique characteristics (what makes them them!), and cultivate new sustainable habits of playing & connecting with your little ones.

The challenge prompts will only take 45 minutes to implement every week, nudging you to take small, simple & actionable steps and empowering you throughout.

3. Supporting Resources and Cheat Sheets (total of 4)

Accompanying the challenge prompts, you will receive a one-page cheat sheet every week for you to come back to anytime and help you nail the weekly challenges with ease.

4. A weekly pause and reset journalling prompt (#selfcare, for you) (a total of 4)

At the end of each week, we’ll invite you to take 5 minutes to intentionally pause, reflect and journal with intentional prompts provided to better understand yourself and your little one(s).

5. Written Q&A support throughout the month

Get all your burning questions answered throughout the entire month’s challenge.

6. A Dedicated Peer-to-Peer Play and Connect Community

Throughout the month, you will be able to connect with like-minded parents who are in the same journey as you. You’ll get to lean on and learn from, share your struggles and wins, as well as cheer on and celebrate with each other.
