Terms and Conditions for Play & Connect 4-Week Challenge

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Play & Connect 4-Week Challenge digital course ("Course") offered by Bueno Blocks ("Company").

1. Refunds
   All sales of the Course are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase the Course, you will not be entitled to a refund. Please carefully review the Course description and any information provided by the Company before purchasing the Course.
2. Reselling
   You may not resell the Course to others. The Course is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold or transferred to any other individual or entity.
3. Login Details
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details for the Course. You may not share, sell or amend your login details with any other individual or entity. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course if it believes that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
   The Course and all materials provided to you by the Company, including but not limited to course materials, audio, video, and written content, are the property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the Course without the prior written consent of the Company.
5. Disclaimers
   The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Course will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the Course will be accurate or reliable. The Company expressly disclaims any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
   The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Course, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Course shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Malaysia.
8. Modifications to Terms
   The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Course after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of these modified Terms.

By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Course.
