Shipping Rates for Malaysia

  • Free Delivery on orders over RM300.
  • For orders less than RM300, flat rate of RM10 for West Malaysia & RM25 for East Malaysia.


International Shipping: Please contact us and we will give you an accurate shipping quote. 



    At Bueno Blocks, we are committed to have your order packed, processed and dispatched to courier services on Mondays & Fridays of the week; unless it falls on public holidays where the courier services do not operate, it will be fulfilled on the next working day.

    The cut-off time for order fulfilment are as follows:

    • Orders placed before 11.59pm of Saturday will be shipped on Monday
    • Orders placed before 11.59pm of Wednesday will be shipped on Friday

    When your parcel is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons i.e. Christmas.

    We will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays.

    Typical delivery times after dispatch:

    • West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days
    • East Malaysia: 3 to 10 working days 


    If you have placed an order that has yet to be fulfilled and you wish to add another order, please use the code 'COMBINE' and upon checkout, indicate in the notes section the order numbers to be combined with. This will also help you to save on shipping fees.


    If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.



    In our efforts to minimise waste and reduce our impact on the environment, most of our packaging materials are up-cycled and reused. This means that the boxes that you receive have already been used once; that will otherwise end up in the recycling centre. The box fillers used are plastic free. If you do receive your parcel with plastic within, rest assured these came directly from our toy suppliers packaging and are up-cycled.



    We do not offer refunds for purchases, but rather offer you a chance to exchange the item for something else if it is unopened and also within 7 days upon receiving of item.

    If the original packaging of the item(s) has been ripped, damaged, removed, or repacked and/or the item(s) has been assembled, we will be unable to offer an exchange.

    All purchased sale items are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

    To return an item(s) for exchange, you will need to bear the shipping cost of the item and we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s). It would be best to ensure the item(s) is appropriately packed and shipped with a tracking number.
